He is survived by: his wife Frances Hernandez; his children, Daniel Hernandez Jr. (Sharon Landers), Steve Hernandez and Annie (Albino Lopez); his stepchildren, Ezequiel Rodriguez Jr., Sam Rodriguez, Tim (Siomara Rodriguez) and Cathy Rodriguez; and his siblings, Socorra Rincones, Eva (Abel Gaona), Dora (Severo Garza), Anita (Juan Pena), Adela (Salomon Garcia Sr.) and Jose Hernandez (Priscilla Medrano). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
