He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Cline and J. C. Dillard; and his wife Marilyn "Pam" Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Dillard-Williams (Darnell) of Austin, TX; his stepdaughter Sharonda Miller of Richmond, TX; his grandsons, Dorian Williams, Deverette Williams, Edgerrin Williams and Devon Williams; his sister Beverly Walker; his nephews, Michael Cline of Taylor, TX and Levi Walker, Jr. of Taylor, TX; and his friends, James Shorts and Alfonso "Al" Harris. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
