He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Robert Sanders; and his brother Butch Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Betty Walterscheid Sanders; his children, Dana Sanders Arrell and Darren Sanders (Heather); and his grandchildren, Jake Arrell (Abbe), Grace Arrell, Madison Lackey (Matthew) and Rebecca Cadenas (Winston Cadenas).
