It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lewis Riggs of Richmond, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Riggs and Elizabeth Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Cannon Riggs; his children, Ashley Emshoff (Patrick) and Jennifer Millican (Rocky); his grandchildren, Brinley Emshoff, Mallory Emshoff and Kyndal Smith; and his siblings, Sally Winfrey (James) and Ben Riggs (Susie).
