He is survived by: his siblings, Santiago Gutierrez (Felipa), Marcelino Gutierrez, Ester Cortez, Estela Molina, Ezekiel Gutierrez and Maria Martinez; and his children, Daniel Gutierrez Jr. (Ayleeng), Marie Vasquez (Edurado), Sonia Yvonne Fernandez (Luis) and Juan Manuel Gutierrez (Oralia). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
