She was predeceased by: her husband Jose R. Munoz; her parents, Victor Leos and Petra Q. Leos; her brothers, Gregorio Leos, Victor Leos Jr. and Pedro Leos; her children, Adelaida Garza, Rafael Munoz, Irma Munoz, Jesus Munoz, Pedro Munoz and Samuel Munoz; and her grandchildren, Manuel Sandoval III and Josie Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia Sandoval, Roberto Munoz (Maria Elena), Ruben Munoz (Ester), Lucy Losoya (Domingo), Jorge Munoz, Santiago "Jimmy" Munoz, Eraquio "Lucky" Munoz (Maria Sita), Jose "Toy" Munoz Jr., Sally Gonzalez and Felipe Munoz (Lourdes); and her granddaughter Lydia Lou Munoz.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thomae-Garza Funeral Home & Crematorium (395 S Sam Houston Blvd, San Benito, TX 78586). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Helen's Catholic Church (228 Huisache Ave, Rio Hondo, TX 78583). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mont Meta Memorial Park (6501 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77007).
