He was predeceased by: his grandparents, D. E., Goldene Ware, Austin and Emma Stone. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Ware of Rising Star and Stella Ware (Stone); his wife Nancy Ware (Welch) of Rising Star; his children, Macee, Breydan of Rising Star, Noah of Rising Star and AJ of Rising Star; his sister Judy Ware Patterson (Jeremy) of Rising Star; and his sibling's children, Jay Lee Patterson of Rising Star, Emma Patterson of Rising Star and Kailey Patterson of Early. He is also survived by many cousins, brothers and sisters.
