He is survived by: his children, Harleta (Ken) and Dana (Mary); his siblings, Dorthy Lee, Melda Jane, Barbara Ann and Obie Nick Daniels; his grandchildren, Nicole Distefeno, Nataly Thompson, Naomi Dabney, Tamara Sosa, Jody Anderson, Amanda Daniels, Callie Daniels and Katie Lawson; and his daughter Sheila Dawn (Nick).
