She was predeceased by: her mothers, Turney Casey (Irma Casey) and Irma Casey; her husband Buddy Millican; and her brother Bill Casey (Dwala). She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Millican Keefer (Paul) and Pam Millican Hoover (David); her grandchildren, Jarrod Hoover (Hannah), Kacy Hall (Nick) and Emily Sanders (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Ada, Andy and Stetson; and her sisters, Dian Coulter (Grady) and Phebe Heffernan.
