It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Roe of Robert Lee, Texas, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Roe and Inez Roe; his son Kevin Roe; his wife Dolores Jones; and his siblings, Terrell Roe, Anita Miller and Cathy Day.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Tammy Roe; his grandchildren, Shelby Ebarb (Addison) and Chase Roe (Reno Gomez); his great grandchildren, Addison, Brooklyn, Bryant and Paxton; and his siblings, Sandy Caves and Ray Don Roe. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Robert Lee or the Robert Lee Care Center.
