He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lynn Formby Dawes; his son Kip; his sisters, Karren Coffey (Lonny), Twanaha Rea and Kembra Moerbe; his sister-in-law Shannon Timberlake; his nieces and nephews, Micah Coffey (Robyn), Brandon Rusk (Rachel), Michelle Wolf (Chris), Jeff Hord, Eric Moerbe (Susan) and Tishell Fontenot (Allen); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lacie Rusk, Jessie Hord, Lainey Wolf, Callan Coffey, Allie Wolf, Klaos Fontenot, Deklyn Fontenot and Oslin Fontenot. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
