Winton touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Franklin and Dora Elizabeth Milliff (Crofford); and his siblings, Mike, Franklin and Doylan.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Henniger; his great-nephew Colt Williams (Lindsey); his godchildren, Sean Tatum (Tammy, family: Ciarra Roberts) and Regina Lederhos (Adam, family: Abby, Brody); Alli, Rylee, Dane, Mallory, Scarlett, Kayla Nelson and Jaxon Grosch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
