He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Buster" Frailey and Francis Frailey; and his brother Glen Allen Frailey of Fort Worth. He is survived by: his wife Tami; and his children, Matthew, Vanessa and Debra. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
