He was predeceased by : his parents, Jimmy Warlick and Olzie Warlick; his wife Mattie Lou Warlick; his sister Arva Nan Cooper; his daughter-in-law Beverly Warlick; and his grandson Thomas Warlick.

He is survived by : his siblings, James Warlick, George Warlick (Sharon) and Carolyn Latour (Joe); his children, Pete Warlick, Randall Warlick (Rosemary) and Ruth Warlick Houk; his grandsons, Justin Warlick (Amy), Troy Warlick, Matthew Houk and Tanner Houk; and his great grandchildren, Brock Henry Warlick and Blakely Ann Warlick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
