He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stephens and Mattie Stephens; his siblings, H. C. "Bud", W. C. "Dub", Roy of Coy, A. D., Darrell Stephens and Eva Allen; his grandmother Fay "Doodle" Carrigan; and his granddaughter Peyton Huffhines.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; and his children, Ronnie Stephens Jr. (Kelly), Misty Huffhines, Shannon Hickman (Patsy) and Joey Hickman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
