He was predeceased by : his wife Jeannie; his brother Wesley; his father Walter; and his parents-in-law, Darlene and Wayne.
He is survived by : his children, Jason (Jamie) of Long Beach, Robert, Brianna Feliciano (Kye) of Robinson, Texas and Olivia of Robinson, Texas; his mother Carol Ann; his brother Garry; and his grandsons, Ryder and Lochlan.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made in Scott's honor to The Heart of Texas Veterans One Stop either in person or by mail at 2010 LaSalle Ave. Ste. A, Waco, Texas 76706.
