She is survived by: her husband Pedro Esquivel; her children, Rosie Esquivel, Anna Maria Vela and Juan Francisco Esquivel; her sisters, Rufina Salas, Petra Santos and Guadalupe Rojas; her grandsons, Ricardo "Ricky" Vela and Jesse Manuel Garza Jr.; her children, Benito Esquivel Sr. (Linda), Elena Garza (Jesse), Enedina Barrientes (late Robert) and Elvira Perez (Ovidio); her brother Ysabel Rojas Jr. (Cynthia); and her son-in-law Jose Vela Sr.. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ramon Funeral Home (800 Lincoln Ave, Robstown, TX 78380). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Mission (911 Garcia St, Robstown, TX 78380). A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Anthony's Cemetery.
