He is survived by: his wife Eileen Marie Steger; his son Scott Hendrix of Rochelle, Texas; his sister Minnetta Edmiston of Voca, Texas; and his grandsons, Jake Allen Hendrix and Elias Woods Hendrix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
