With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Scott Devine (Rockdale, Texas), who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Lynda; his sons, Nolan and Hugh; his wife Lynda; his child Meredith; his son-in-law Kirk Ludwigsen; his grandson Lincoln Ludwigsen; his parent Linda Linke Secor; his sister Allison Orr; Meredith. He was also cherished by sisters and brothers in-law, and many loving nieces and nephews.
