She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Storbeck Jr. and Josephine "Tuddy" Meloni; her husband Thomas E. "Tommy" Giorda of San Antonio; her close friend Kenneth Rogers of Rockport; and her siblings, Bobbie Storbeck, James Meloni, John H. Storbeck III and James Storbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Prosser (Kelli Jo) of San Antonio, Georgianne Gale (Dennis) of San Antonio, Glen G. Gale III (Debbie) of Floresville, Texas, Rev. David Gale (Cathy) of Reagan Wells, Texas and Patricia Gale Wittman (Ken) of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; and her pet Mija. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In keeping with Doris's love of animals, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of your choice. Donations in her memory may also be made to Harbor Hospice.
