He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Carrie Witt; his wife Cynthia Ann Metzler; his daughters, Tommi Leigh Kitchens and Destiny Monette Kitchens; his father Malcolm Thomas Kitchens; his brother Larry Kirk Kitchens; and his grandchildren, James, Jazzlynn, Marco, Malcolm, Sadie and Case. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family and many friends.
