He is survived by: his wife Sheila Tarin Rivera; his brother Frank Granado (Mary Alice); his daughters, Emma Sue Woodard (Johnny Ramirez), Elva Jean Bailey (Russell), Elma Frazier (Keith) and Elvia Black (Lloyd); and his grandchildren, Jody Rivera, Christa Etheridge, Julie Woodard, Amanda Ramirez, Jerilyn Woodard, Katelyn Murphree, Kyle Frazier, Joshua Bailey, Danielle Bailey, Meagan Bailey, Matthew Bailey and Llyra Black. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
