It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Robert Ritter of Rockwall, Texas, born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ritter and Mavis Ritter (Lenahan); and his former wife Mary LaVack Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Janet Welch; his children, Jason Ritter, Kari Miller (Ritter), Craig and Jill Tompkins; and his grandchildren, Jaxsyn, Nathan, Ryan Ritter, Luella and Elijah Tompkins.
