He is survived by: his wife Velma Robertson Willhite of Rockwall, TX; his daughters, Vicky (Jerry Haynes) and Bobbi Willhite (Gregg Hlavaty); his grandchildren, Jerry Haynes of Nevada, TX, Robert Haynes of Nevada, TX, Peter Haynes of Rockwall, TX, Heather Anderson of Terrell, TX, Michelle Yerger of Fort Worth, TX, Jack Hlavaty of Dallas, TX, Hank Hlavaty of Dallas, TX and Emma Hlavaty of Toronto, Canada; and his brother Ronnie Willhite. He is also survived by great-grandchildren: eleven and two step-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
