He was predeceased by: his father Richard; his brother Johnny; and his mother Leila. He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his son-in-law James; his grandchildren, Peyton and Logan of Heath, TX; and his brother Dick (Janice). He is also survived by family members, as well as many wonderful friends.
