It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ladene Burns of Rockwall, Texas, born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bobbie Jean (Bowman) and Thaddeus Watson; and her grandparents, Bennie and Inez Bowman. She is survived by : her husband Joe Burns of Rockwall, Texas.; her children, Shalena Hensley of Norman and Jason Burns of McKinney, Texas.; her grandchildren, Naomi Silvanage, Joshua Murray and Collin Burns; and her siblings, Julia Shultz, Tamara Sneed, Steven, Wayne, Michael and Ronnie Stovall.

The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center Endowment, in memory of Deborah L. Burns.
