He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Minard Oard and Mildred Rosaline Burke; his daughter Sharon; his spouse Jessie Faye Oard; his children, Ronald Blake and Chris; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathon, Kimberly, Corey, Devin, Alex, Megan and Travis. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
