He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Cook and Maurine Pittman Cook; and his sister Mary Jean Hazelwood. He is survived by: his former wife Shelia Ivey Cook; his children, Sandra Cook, Jennifer Klump (John Klump) and Tim Cook (Mindy Cook); his wife Sharon Brumley Cook; his children, Denny (Dondi Hampton), Sheri (Chris Caldwell) and Darin (Laura Hampton); his grandchildren, Robyn, John, Jaxon, Kyndall, Kolby, Keely, Kyla, Kamryn, Lauren, Austin, Nathan and Bowen; and his siblings, James Cook, Larry Cook, Cynthia Patrick and Judy Roark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
