She is survived by: her son Bode; her parents, Doug McWilliams and Debora McWilliams; her spouse Dusty Polk; her stepchildren, Avery, Preston, Harper and Landon; her siblings, Stephanie Perdue and Lucas Voorhees (Jennifer); her grandmother Betty McWilliams; and her siblings' children, Lexie, Lizzie, Catelynn, Emma and Luke.
