He was predeceased by: his brother Ryan Dale Lawson. He is survived by: his parents, Pat Huckleberry Lawson and Warner Lawson; his wife Sarah Akin Lawson; his sons, Pace Lawson (Melissa) and Pierce Lawson (Rafe); and his sister Tami Charest (Dave).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Reflections Chapel at Rest Haven Funeral Home (2500 TX-66, Rockwall, TX 75087).
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the Jim Lawson Visionary Memorial Scholarship.
