He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Howard (Seabolt); his sons, Shannon Wayne Howard (Gioanna), Jared Dillon Howard (Erin), Jeffrey Dean Howard (Lori) and Ricky Wayne Parham (Amber); his grandchildren, Tristian Christopher Jude Howard, Ireland Renee Howard, Izabella Ruth Howard, Enoch Zachariah Lee Howard, Justin Wayne Howard, Elizabeth Shannon Parham, Grace Ann Parham, Arianna Pereyra and Andrea Pereyra; his siblings, Opal Bernice Morrison and Richard J. Gregory Howard; and his brother-in-law Bobbie Frank Seabolt (Walter James Malcomb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
