She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Rushing; her husband Richard Own Roberts; her mother Jimmie Tichenor Rushing; and her siblings, Delores Maupin, Lois Marie Brown, Charles Wayne Rushing and Michael Lynn Rushing.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Sue Harvey and Larry Steven Clark; her siblings, Billy Rushing, Mary Maguglin, Gerald Rushing and Glenda Rushing; and her grandson Bobby Ray. She is also survived by four great-great grandsons, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
