It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Cecilia Williams of Rockwall, Texas, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Billy Ray Williams; her parents, Walter Matthew and Laura Tatum Bellmyer; her sister Ruth Ramsey; her daughters, Linda Dunavant and Paula; her son-in-law Lester Alexander; and her son Matt. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
