He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ballard; his sons, Lonnie Ballard (Jill) and Bobby Ballard (Rita); and his grandchildren, Scott (Ashley), Tish (Chase), Andrew (Brittani), Jenifer (Cole), Geoffrey (Kathleen) and Wesley (Cristina). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
