He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lou Neeley (Fultz); his wife Sherri Lynn Neeley (Collins); his children, Patrick Fraser, Griffin Fraser (Chelsey), Ryan Neeley and Cristina Wilkes (Conner); and his sister Becky Neeley. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
