She was predeceased by: her father Lester Cox; her husband Don Newton; her son Barry Newton; and her mother Stella Idol Cox. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Embrey; her grandson Aaron Newton (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Megan Newton and Barry Newton; her daughter-in-law Sharon Sizemore; her niece Dana Travis (Mark); her nephew John Collins (Pat); Shelly Kolle (Steve) and Mary Kay Coel (Ed). She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and extended friends and family.
