He is survived by: his daughter Mellanie Mattern; his son-in-law Rickey; his son Russell Gilbert (Dana); his grandchildren, Dustin (Alyssa), Danielle (Caleb), Dillon James, Jared, Chandler, James, Addison and William; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Payton, Paxton and Cayden; and his aunt Francis Edmiston. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
