We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ruby Leona Joy of Roosevelt, Texas, born in Tanglewood, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband H. O. "Dutch"; and her sons, Edward Lee, H. O. "Ollie" Jr. and William Preston. She is survived by: her daughter Jean Goodall Pearce of The Woodlands; her daughter-in-law Vera Joy of Roosevelt; her grandchildren, Mark Goodall (Susan) of New Waverly, Troy Goodall (Kathy) of San Antonio, Cash Joy (Christy), Chane Joy (Ashley) of Roosevelt, Janet Russ of Kerrville and David Joy of Bandera; and her sister Mary Carey Martin of Bryan. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Kimble Hospital or the Roosevelt Community Center.
