It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Cole Neeper of Rosenberg, Texas, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Robert Columbus Neeper and Oleta Neeper; his uncle Harold Douglas Neeper; his sister-in-law Anita Neeper; his nephew Robert Ethan Neeper; and his great grandchild Isabella Nycole Hernandez.

He is survived by : his wife Rita Banda Neeper; his parents, Robert Neeper and Linda Neeper; his brother Barry Neeper; his children, Sara Podojil (Jason), Steven Neeper, Emmanuel Neeper and Julie Orellana; his stepchildren, Kim Banda, Tracy Banda and Ashley Rubio; his grandchildren, Victor, Jadyn, Jayson, Dylan, Tyler, Steven, Lillith, Brasi, Briana, Miranda, Delilah, Emiliana, Destiny, Elizabeth, Mariah, Aliyah, Christian, Arianna and Averie; and his great grandchild Noah.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home (722 Grillo Way, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
