He is survived by : his wife Jessica Herrera; his sons, Joshua Gamino and Jared Herrera; his parents, Jaime Torres and Deborah Torres; his grandparents, Gonzalo Vasquez, Bertha Vasquez and Maria Antonia Herrera; and his siblings, Anthony Lara, Ricky Lara, Rudy Escobar, Stephanie Rodriguez, Kimani Garner, Bryan Miller, Christopher Gonzales, Ashley Marin, Danielle Marin, Victoria Torres and Alex Torres.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park.
