He was predeceased by: his father Benito Gutierrez; and his grandparents, Manuel, Jesusa Alonzo and Pauline Farias. He is survived by: his mother Florence Lumbreras; his stepfather Mario Lumbreras; his children, Constancio and Savannah Morales; his siblings, Irene (Patrick Zatopek), Cindy Gutierrez, Brenda (Rudy Cantu), Marie C. Alvarez Gutierrez, Petra Gutierrez, Lilly Grace Gutierrez and Osiel (Elizabeth Gutierrez); his grandchildren, Marco, Gio, Luciano, Angelo, Mary Jane, Ronan, Cas Gutierrez, Coby, Stevie, Phoenix Munoz, Novalee Miranda and Isaish Isaac Morales; and his nephews, David (Lynsay Macias), Matthew (Summer Macias), Mark (Madison Macias) and Christopher Allen (Hiroko Trevino). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
