He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sebesta (Kopycinski) and Bennie Sebesta; his siblings, Bernice Mazyn (Edward "Eddie"), Tellas Sebesta Sr. (Helen), Frank Sebesta (Leona) and Helen Mazurkiewicz (Steve); his brothers-in-law, Steve "Cotton" Gajewski and Bill McConnell; his siblings' children, Mary Ann Mazyn Kramer, Dorothy Mazyn Layton, Shirley Sebesta, Johnny Sebesta, Tellas Sebesta Jr., Tommy Sebesta and Karl Georgi; his great-nephew Kurt Hacker; and also Meredith Witek.
He is survived by: his wife Waline; his children, Mark Sebesta and Marla Ernest (Wade Ernest); his grandchildren, Tyler Ernest, Madison Duren (Koda), Keylee Ernest and Cheston Ernest; his great grandchildren, Coulter, Sutton Duren and Grayson Cernoch; and his sisters, Blanche McConnell and Nancy Gajewski.
