He was predeceased by : his parents, Laura Stade and Otto Stade; his former life partner Katherine Stade; his sister Dorothy Stade Petrusek; his brother-in-law Louis Petrusek; and his nephew Wayne Petrusek.
He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Ashly-Lynn Kunz (Karl); his grandchildren, Trista Lynn Martinez, Christopher Martinez and Karly Kunz; his nephews, Ronald Petrusek and Tiffani Shirley; his niece Mary Albritton; his wife Margie; his stepchildren, Eli and Cora Petrusek; his extended family, Carla Matej and Beth Foitek; his friend Jimmy Ragsdale; and also, Richelle, Steven Petrusek, Mikel, Breanna, Noah Shirley and Dean Petrusek.
