It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Alfonse Dusek (Rosenberg, Texas), who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Lucy Beran Dusek and Alfonse John Dusek; and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his daughter Layne (John Acker); his grandchildren, Oliver, Cale and Roan; and his siblings, Larry Dusek (Merilyn), E. J. Dusek, Patty Kuldanek (Scott) and Cathy Prazak (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dan's name to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department or a pet charity of your choice.
