He is survived by: his daughter Layne (John Acker); his grandchildren, Oliver, Cale and Roan; and his siblings, Larry Dusek (Merilyn), E. J. Dusek, Patty Kuldanek (Scott) and Cathy Prazak (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
