He is survived by: his children, Rosa Bell, Robert Garcia (Florencia), Michale Rios (Max), Devon Rodriguez, David Arellano Jr. and Jenny; his grandchildren, Monica Newell, Michael Newell, Josh Bell, Robert Lee Garcia, Willie Garcia, Max Rios, Marcella Rios, Jakob Rodriguez, Laila Rodriguez and Ruben "Bubba" Rodriguez; and his siblings, Willie Arellano and Celia Bell. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
