She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Luz Rodriguez; her parents, Gabriel Resendiz and Dorotea Valderas; and her grandchildren, Rodolfo Resendiz and Leticia Aguillon.
She is survived by: her children, Angeles Padron (Hermilo), Adela Arvizu (Eduardo Arevalo), Ofelia Pena (Lorenzo Pena) and Maria Rodriguez (Leonel Mercado); and her brother Adrian Resendiz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
