He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Grey and Mary Borrer Robinson; his wife Emily Ruth Buffington; his brother Thomas Robinson; his parents-in-law, James Frank and Mary Sadler Buffington; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Hoffman and Lynda McCreary.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Robinson (Diana) and Cynthia Koenig (James); his grandchildren, Michael Robinson (Kristy), Rachel Ringler (Ryan), Rebekah, Tucker, Trevor, Timothy, Elizabeth, Amelia, Heidi and Daniel Koenig; his great grandchildren, Emily and Katelyn Robinson; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

“A kind, man who cared about our animals. We were very lucky to have him. I had a crazy neighbor that I later found out poisoned my dog. Dr. Robinson recognized she had been poisoned and cared for her for a week. I went in to hold her, and he let me do this in his office. He was empathetic, he was a good doctor and cared about his patients and their humans.”
