It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Edward Wenzel (Rosenberg, Texas), who passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Wenzel and Judith Horak Wenzel; his former wife Nancy; and his siblings, Donnie and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Kathy (Rob), Jeff (Lara) and Staci (Tom); his stepdaughters, Amy (James) and Joelle (Stephen); his grandchildren, Basil, Adelaide, Henry, Florence, Anna, Luci, Ella, Jake, Katie and Connor; his great grandchild Olive; and his siblings, Debbie and Casper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the renovation of the Nazareth Convent c/o St. Mary's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 9088 or Holy Family Catholic Church in George's memory.
