He is survived by: his fiancé Kendyl Driver; his mothers, Susan Sermeno of Rosenberg, TX and Theresa Ratley of New Mexico; his siblings, Michael, Amber Arb of Richmond, VA, Savannah Taylor of Houston, TX, Karrie Sermeno of Houston, TX, Evelinda Sermeno, JJ Sermeno of Houston, TX, Jack Ratley Jr., Kristen Waters, Charles C. Ratley and Tasha Ratley; and his nieces and nephews, Tamra, Liam, Brighton, Micha, Melissa, Gianluca, Jordan, Dustin, Ryan, Anastazia, Scarlett, David and Elijah. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and other extended family.
